*Proof of status needs to be provided during the online registration process. Please provide a student card or an official letter on your institution/organization’s letterhead which indicates proof of your status as a Student, Fellow, Trainee, Patient Advocate, Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received via email to meetings@iaslc.org on or before January 17, 2024 (23:59 MST) will be accepted and refunded, less a 150 USD administrative fee (per Committee policy).
Registration cancellations received after January 17, 2024 (23:59 MST) will not be refunded.
Donations to the IASLC Foundation are non-refundable.
Registration Transfer Policy
Transfer of your registration to another person is permitted via email to meetings@iaslc.org
